Big Rig Power guarantees our custom tuning for a period of 30 days, in which we are willing to re-tune and tweak for no additional charges*. Please note once you have received any custom tuning, flashing your ECM via a manufacturer or supplier will wipe out any programming and will result in another charge for our Engineers to reprogram your tune. Please consult one of our representatives before having any work done to a custom-tuned ECM.
All Big Rig Power conversions, upgrades, and repairs completed in our facility shall be covered under the 30-day warranty policy. Exceptions are any activity deemed abusive, copied, negligent or excessive, including but not limited to tampering and modifying recommended settings and standards.
The performance parts sold by Big Rig Power are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not warranty components over and above the parts supplied by us.
All products and parts shipped locally/internationally will be warrantied for 30 days in the unlikely event of manufacturer defects. All items should be immediately checked for carrier damage or defect. The warranty will expire upon any modification done to parts or products post-shipment by either the purchaser or any affiliation enlisted for the application.
All returns or exchanges should be qualified within 30 days via a Big Rig Power representative and require original packaging/parts with invoicing and documentation. Exchanges will be completed once the original product is back at our facility. All credits will be issued back to the original payment system on file.
Please note that any tune of a delete nature is intended for off-road use in the greater U.S.A. and Big Rig Power, through this document, advises that you are aware and in compliance with your State and/or Federal laws within your country, releasing us from any claim otherwise.
